What do I have to do?

1. Choose a Fundraising program:

With a representative or on-line, choose the fundraising program you wish to do. i.e. Brochure / Flyer or Event. Fundraising Options

2. Sign-up:

Sign-up your school / group.

3. Select a Prize:

Select from our wide variety of quality branded products, the items you wish to offer as an incentive to your group for reaching certain sales targets. Prize costs should be in proportion to you group's size and your expected goal. 2-4% is a reasonable budget for incentive costs. View catalogue.

4. Select Products:

Select from our wide variety of quality branded products the items you wish to sell in you brochure / flyer (8 - 12 items) or event (up to 25 items) ------If you've chosen an Event program skip to step 6. View catalogue.

5. Order your brochure / flyer:

Once you have made your product selection, we will customize the program with your selected products, group logo and background theme etc.

*minimum order of 200 flyers / brochures

6. Kick-Off Your Fundraiser:

On-line or Face-to-face rally up your group and get the excitement going! successful tips

7. Run your Fundraiser:

Take fundraising orders.

  1. Donor selects product(s) they wish to purchase.
  2. Order is filled out and collected upfront.
  3. Donor receives product(s) within 3 -4 weeks.

Making sure to run the program for at least 2 weeks, enabling all participants to have a look at the products you are able to give them and donate money to your organization at the same time.

8. Turn-In-Day:

Tally your sales and count your monies. Compile your product orders and submit them to us by fax or by e-mail. An invoice will be faxed and e-mailed to you. Your invoice will detail all your costs (e.g. products, brochures, freight costs for shipping and any additional optional services and/or supplies you requested). Once you have received your invoice, submit your payment by either Cheque via mail or by Visa / MasterCard via telephone, fax or e-mail.

9. Organize Product Distribution:

Your product order will be processed immediately. Depending upon which fundraiser you did, your products will arrive within two to four weeks. Don't worry about being surprised about your delivery date, we track your shipment and in most cases will give you a 48 hour advance delivery notice and will try to provide a delivery time convenient for you.

10. Award all Prizes:

Thank everyone for his or her help. Award your prize program (if one was used). Give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done.
