What would we do to have our potential donors see the products?

We would first set up an appointment in our showroom or at your location to discuss a package to be used as a presentation brochure to be used to achieve your fundraising goals.

How long will it take to receive our fundraising materials from the time we submit our completed and signed contract of agreement?

It generally takes about two (2) weeks including time for shipping from the time we receive your completed and signed fundraising agreement. We will make every effort to get you your fundraising brochure / materials to you, at least, forty-eight (48) hours prior to you're fundraisers kick-off. The earlier you submit your order, the faster we will get you your package.

How quick can you deliver?

From the time you submit your fundraising order, it generally takes three (3) to four (4) weeks to receive your fundraising order.

What about late orders?

In order to include all late orders with your entire order, all late orders must be faxed to our office within five (5) days of submitting your original order. Late orders received after this cut-off may not be included with your main order and may be subject to additional costs.

How would we present these programs?

Our firm has a number of options available to you; we can custom make programs from our large assortment of product modules with order forms provided or we can set-up a virtual on-line custom made program Catalogue on our web site for you.

What percentage should we expect to receive using these program systems?

With the programs we have developed ISA has calculated an up to 30% return to your organization by using "Fundraising Through Product Sales"

What about Warranties?

All products sold by ISA will have the full warrantee of the manufactures purchased from.

Absolutely! We can print, embroidery or engrave on any of the products you choose from.

What if I don't have a logo?

No problem. We have an in-house design facility that will be able to create a logo should you require one. (Additional costs may apply)

No, given the right quantities it can work out extremely cost effective.
